- Practice being aware of your thoughts. Your thoughts control everything that happens to you in life.
- Ask yourself better questions. When faced with a challenge look for a positive way forward. Ask yourself, “What’s good about this situation?”
- Smile as much as you can. When others see you smiling they think all is well in your world.
- Walk tall. When you walk upright with your shoulders back you look confident.
- Exercise every day in such a way that you make your heart beat faster. Your heart is a muscle and needs constant exercise.
- Eat and drink in moderation. Take on enough nutrition to keep your energy high, but not so much that you can’t burn all the calories you are ingesting.
- Be kind to everyone you meet. It will make people like you and make you feel good about yourself.
